1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method (typically PayPal) within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

Want a different style? Place a new order and return the original item — this is the fastest way to get the piece you want.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, and items damaged by misuse, cannot be returned.

6. Wrong or Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or a defective one, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
