1. Processing Time

Orders are inspected, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment. During high-demand periods processing may take slightly longer.

2. Destinations & Delivery Time

We deliver to most countries. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days depending on the destination and customs handling. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders over $1,000 receive an additional $10 discount at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties or taxes, if any, are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; contact us immediately if you need a correction.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, or the item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
